2025 NZIS National Convention in Hawkes Bay

Friday 31 October to Sunday 02 November, 2025

Venue: Havelock North Function Centre, 30 Te Mata Road, Havelock North

Registration fee for the convention: $245 per person. This fee includes:

Friday: canapes,

Saturday: bus, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, garden entries,

Sunday: morning tea, lunch, dinner (Drinks on Friday/Saturday are at own cost).

Payment by Internet banking only: Hawkes Bay Iris Group to Account 38-9011-0837157-00. Please include your name as the reference.

All Registrations and payments will be acknowledged.

Please register by 15 September 2025. After this date, there will be a Late Fee of $50, and our close-off date for Convention is 15 October 2025.

There are several motels and a hotel within a few minutes walk from the Function Centre. If you have transport, then there are more motels and many Airbnb and bookabach accommodation options available.

Please note:

• Friday evening registration starts from 5pm.
• Saturday includes garden visits. There will be cash plant sales.
• Sunday is an in-house day, including talks, iris auction, AGM, and dinner.
• Monday please consider spending some extra time in the Bay.
